• January 1981 - December 1984: Training and supervision of research technicians performing lipid analysis and protein preparation in the Specialized Center Of Research (SCOR) Core Chemistry Laboratory in the Department of Pathology, the University of Chicago. Responsibilities include budgeting supplies, evaluation and acquisition of analytical instrumentation, procedure development, and assisting and coordinating the design and construction of new laboratory facilities for the research center.
